eat Chia Pudding Every year, a new food craze is born . Last year, it was kale. This year, it feels like chia pudding, or anything with chia is becoming popular with food aficionados (though I like to think I was ahead of the trend). Not only is chia pudding pretty to look at, it’s also healthy and easy to make. A simple recipe for chia pudding can be found here. Reminiscent of  tapioca or rice pudding in texture, it would be advised to make a small batch before you dive into this trend, but you probably won’t regret. It is definitely worth a taste.     Do you have any special secret ingredients for a tasty chia pudding? I tried it once for a cleanse and couldn’t handle the texture! But I really want to start eating chia seeds somehow!
