Sweet Potato and Goat Cheese FrittataIn honor of yesterday’s Gwyneth Paltrow post, I only felt like it was only appropriate to feature a recipe from her lifestyle website, GOOP. Sweet potatoes are officially in season, which is a great alternative if you’re starting to get overwhelmed with the “it” vegetable of the season, pumpkin. I never really associated the vegetable as a breakfast food, but in a frittata mixed with goat cheese and eggs, it’s almost too good to pass up. The recipe can be found here. Bon appettit!
