eat: Lobster Roll
For some reason, I have been craving the pairing of white wine (preferably a Riesling or Moscato) with a lobster roll. It may not be officially summer according to my calendar, but it surely feels like it and nothing says summer near the bay than lobster. According to news reports, the price of lobster has been going down recently, so why not take advantage of that and bite into a juicy lobster roll sandwich? The glue that holds this sandwich together is its use of mayonnaise and some restaurants like to go overboard with their mayo, so if you have the opportunity, I would recommend making your own.
