I know that grapefruit is good for you: it’s loaded with vitamin C, helps you lose weight, and people can eat half for breakfast and be full (yeah right). While it’s not my favorite fruit, the only way I can digest grapefruit is with a lot of sugar, which is why this recipe for candied grapefruit cocktail is perfect for me.
