Drink: Pomegranate Prosecco Spritzer

spritzerSince the pomegranate chicken post was such a hit, I decided to look into more festive ways that this fruit could be used during the holidays. As mentioned before, pomegranates are loaded with antioxidants, which is something we could all use a little extra of during the holiday season. Sipping on pomegranate juice is boring, so why not mix it up and use it to make a refreshing spritzer? All you need is 1/3 cup pomegranate juice, 1/3 cup Prosecco, and a 1/3 cup of pomegranate liqueur. For the non-alcoholic version, just swap the Prosecco for some sparkling water. It’s really that simple! So bottoms up!
