Live: New Uses for Christmas Lights

Going from one extreme to another, I’m sure visitors of Christmas light shows and festivals often go home and wish they could recreate what they saw. If I could create a Venus de Milo light display like the one at the Lyon Festival of Lights, but alas I have to settle with $5 CVS lights and attempt to make some magic with it. This isn’t necessarily a bad thing, there are still ways to make cute creative lights display inside the home. For example, the makeshift Christmas tree pictured above is something that I will be doing in my bedroom this holiday season. You can also hand lights down from the ceiling like streamers, bunch them up into balls, then place them in a glass vase, or wrap them around the legs of a table or chair. The possibilities are endless. See what you can come up with during the holidays and even after they’re done!
