Eat: Thanksgiving Dinner

It’s finally here!! Thanksgiving is one of my favorite holidays because it is centered around one of my favorite hobbies: eating. There is no pressure to find the perfect gift, just pressure to cook the perfect turkey, which thankfully isn’t my role . This year, I’m in charge of making the sides: stuffing, mashed potatoes, macaroni and cheese, and possibly corn pudding or sweet potato casserole.  My mother decided to travel to Africa on Thanksgiving, so my family is void of her famous bread rolls, but she is being replaced my annoying cousin, who’s only saving grace is that she cooks really well. So happy Thanksgiving: from my semi-dysfunctional to yours.
