Eat: French Apple Tart

Thanksgiving is around the corner, which means my annual duty of making dessert is fast approaching. Of course, we always have pumpkin pie, but I also like to make an apple crisp. Because of this blog, I have decided to switch up and (attempt) to make a French apple tart. I know my patience will be tested while I am thinly slicing all those apples, but I know the end result will be worth it. The degrees of difficulty range from this dessert from easy to extremely challenging (I don’t think I’m on the level to  make a apple rosette). A fairly simple, but time consuming recipe for this type of tart can be found here. If you’re feeling adventurous, you might want to try this one. Either way, you will be enjoy a delicious treat. Bon appétit!
