Eat: Tuna Tataki

As much as I love sushi, I would have to say one of my favorite Japanese dishes is tuna tataki. I love the taste of clean fish, I feel healthier when I eat it. Whenever I had it at a restaurant, it is always plated so beautifully and intricately, it makes me think that it would take a long time to prepare. Upon further research, to my surprise, tuna tataki can be made in minutes! It is a low calorie meal that can be served with salad and various dipping sauces. A basic recipe for tuna tataki can be found here. If you’re feeling adventurous,  you can try Wolfgang Puck’s version that is served with a ginger soy lime vinaigrette. Bon appétit!
