Drink: Chai Tea

Something about the weather make me crave chai tea. When it’s extremely hot, one of my go-to drinks is iced vanilla chai tea and when it starts to get cooler, like it is now, there’s nothing like a cup of hot chai tea. While fall might be the season of the pumpkin, it doesn’t hurt to mix things up every now and then. Something that makes this tea stand out from other teas is its creaminess and spices. Cinnamon, nutmeg, cloves and cardamon all blend together to give an aromatic and flavorful experience that also has great health benefits. A recipe that is similar to the chai tea served at Starbucks can be found here. Bottoms up!
