Drink: Strawberry Beer Cocktail

I’m not a big fan of beer. I wouldn’t call it my drink of choice at a party or at a bar. I’ve had countless number of friends try to ease me into beer drinking, but it didn’t work. That’s until I heard about people making cocktails out of beer! It sounded pretty unappealing at first, but when I did my research, it actually didn’t sound too bad. In celebration of the return of the regular referees to the NFL, I’m willing to give beer another shot, but only in the form of a cocktail. Here’s what you need:

  • 2 1/2 bottles of light wheat beer
  • 1/2 cup frozen strawberries
  • 6.5 ounces frozen lemonade
  • 1/3 cup Champagne
  • Ice

All you have to do is stir all the ingredients together in a pitcher and you have a refreshing cocktail that even the boys will like. Bottoms up!
