Wear: Veronique Branquinho Spring 2013

Paris Fashion Week has been underway this week, and one designer who hasn’t shown in 3 years, Veronique Branquinho, returns with her Spring 2013 collection. Known for paying attention to detail in fabric and tailoring, Branquinho used a variation of fabrics, beading, and feathering to give her collection a flowy movement. Some stand out pieces include the copper dresses, especially the sequin-plated dress with feather trimming which would look beautiful at a gala’s red carpet. The blue jumpsuit is effortlessly chic as is the striped dress styled with the vintage shoes. It’s safe to say that this collection was a welcomed return to the runway for Branquinho.
