Drink: Rose Water Granita

The concept of rose water fascinates me. Something about drinking  crushed flower petals entices me and freaks me out at the same time. From what I have heard, not only does rose water smell good (obviously), but it tastes good and has amazing health benefits. I’m always up for trying new things, but I like to ease my way into the unknown. So, what better way to  introduce myself to the wonder that is rose water than with a great relaxer: alcohol! I stumbled across a recipe for rose water granita and I think I will definitely have to try it soon. A recipe can be found here. Bottoms up!
