Eat: Portobello Mushroom Fries
I’m in love with portobello mushrooms. They are so big, juicy, and flavorful and can be found in one of my favorite dishes, chicken marsala. I also have an infinity for French fries, so when I came across a recipe for portobello fries, I knew it was something I had to try. The combination of crunchiness and juiciness with the mixture of Parmesan cheese, garlic, and pepper make of a delicious side or if you can’t resist, a great meal.
