Wear: Sass & Bide Spring 2013

For those who are experiencing withdrawal from the end of New York Fashion Week, just remember when one door closes, another door opens. London has been having their own fashion week, which started on Friday and one of their opening shows was Australia’s Sass &Bide. Designers Heidi Middleton and Sarah-Jane Clark showcased a mostly black and white Spring 2013 collection that had intricate beading, sequins, and feathers. All that material sounds like it would be overwhelming, but Sass & Bide found a way to make reign it in with their amazing tailoring. Some standout pieces are pictured above. The first look is breezy and can be dressed up or down, the gown screams red carpet glamour, the three pieces suit is on trend with feminine menswear, and feather dress could be see on anyone in young Hollywood.
