Drink: Pumpkin Spice Latte

You know it’s officially fall when Starbucks starts to offer pumpkin spice lattes in their infamous holiday cups. It’s probably one of the best times of the year: the leaves are changing colors, the weather is getting cooler, people are bundled up in scarves and sweaters while walking around with their red Starbucks cups. It literally doesn’t get any better. If I wasn’t watching my waistline and my wallet, I would buy a grande size cup every single day. Alas, while pumpkin is filled with carotene and vitamin A, the calories on this latte can really add up and so can its cost. A cheaper alternative would be to make it at home and a recipe can be found here. So drink up and stay warm!

I love this season as much as I love the red cups from Starbucks 🙂
