Drink: Pomegranate Lime Chia Fresca
I have been told that since I have an affinity for bubble tea and its tapioca balls, that I would like chia seed beverages. Although there isn’t any real correlation between the two, it is in fact a true statement. Like tapioca, chia seeds are flavorless, but add some water and any flavor and you have a tasty, refreshing drink with a lot of hidden benefits. Chia seeds have more calcium than milk and are rich in protein, fiber, and iron. To add to the healthiness of the drink, a good choice for flavor would be pomegranate, which is infamous for its high amount of antioxidants and its prevention of different types of cancers.
